These phosphated wire buckles has also been made in our factory for many years already and
has performed without any problems ever since.
This special coating / treading makes the wire surface more blunt, an effect which is very
useful to prevent the strapping belt from sliding. It also protects the material from wear
and help prevent galling.
Special for our woven PES belts these buckles are in use.

| Long Term | Even all wire buckles are coated for rust protection, they will show light traces of rust when stored longer time in humid conditions. Light rust on the surface is a cosmetic damage and make it harder to pull the belt through the buckle. But it actually improves the performance of the buckle in terms of slippage. The securing performance is NOT affected by light surface rust. |
