Prices:
- All prices are indicated in EURO
- All prices are stated per piece in one PU ( packing unit ) or one FP (full pallet)
- The quantities for packing units ( cartons ) and full pallets ( how many cartons on a pallet ) are indicated and valid
- For orders smaller than a packing unit the prices might be higher
- All prices stated in our system are ex-works ( same as ex-factory or ex-warehouse)
Payment terms:
- Payments are generally in advance, before shipping
- Other payment terms are available after three successful shipping and up to the customer's credit rate
- For payments in advance we offer a 3% discount.
- Delayed payments will be charged with an interest rate of 2% monthly.
Shipping terms:
- Ex-warehouse
- Door to Door deliveries possible, freight cost will be charged
Taxes:
- Local taxes ( VAT ) to be paid by the customer inside the Czech Republic

- We reserve the right to change prices if the raw material cost rises or the currency fluctuation is more than 3%
- Maximum joint/cut-in coils: Every tenth coil ( 10% ) may have max. 1 joint/cut.
- MOQ is one PU or one full pallet for each item.
- MOV is usually 1.000 Euros

- if not stated in a product description, the general warranty is 6 months from the arrival date of that shipping.
