Nitriding, a heat treating process that diffuses nitrogen into the surface of the metal to create a case hardened surface
Especially design for our HotMelt and Evolution strapping
The nitrated buckles are quite blunt too, but more protective to the belts surface.
They deliver the best in high load performance and easy handling.
In order to maximize holding power, they have outstanding slip resistance due to its
self-lock feature.
Like all our buckles they are fully automated produced in our factory and have an
excellent price / performance ratio.

| Long Term | Even all wire buckles are coated for rust protection, they will show light traces of rust when stored longer time in humid conditions. Light rust on the surface is a cosmetic damage and make it harder to pull the belt through the buckle. But it actually improves the performance of the buckle in terms of slippage. The securing performance is NOT affected by light surface rust. |
